Chairman Zeng Manhua pointed out that in 2018, it is the key year for Xian Crystalline to break through the cocoon into a butterfly, so we should follow the trend and ride on it according to the spirit of the 19th National Congress, and take the east wind to firmly grasp the initiative of development. In 2018, we will achieve a total industrial output value of 900 million yuan, fully start three large-scale projects with billions of investment, accelerate the implementation progress of ISO, NC and OA, and realize the management mode of comprehensive systemic governance.
