Hydroxylamine hydrochloride (CAS 5470-11-1) is a well-known building block—but pharmaceutical-grade material from an integrated domestic source in Hubei is a newer story. Xianlin Technology’s first 10,000 t/a hydroxylamine hydrochloride unit has completed trial operation and entered the market, marking the first production of this fine chemical in Hubei province.
