Hubei Xianlin Chemical Co., Ltd., a state‑owned holding company under Changjiang Chemical, is a national high‑tech enterprise primarily engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of new chemical materials and high‑end fine chemicals. In line with the company’s growth and business needs, we are now publicly recruiting outstanding talent. Specific requirements are as follows:

I. Job Positions and Number of Hires

Eight frontline operators at Hubei Xianlin Chemical Co., Ltd.;
Two analytical laboratory technicians at Hubei Xianlin Chemical Co., Ltd.;
One Electrical and Instrumentation Technician is required at Hubei Xianlin Chemical Co., Ltd.

II. Recruitment Requirements and Qualifications

(1) Basic Qualification Requirements

1. Strong political integrity: Upholds the leadership of the Communist Party of China, observes laws and regulations, maintains honesty and integrity, and has no record of disciplinary or legal violations.

2. Outstanding capabilities. Possesses strong competence in performing duties, a sense of responsibility, and a spirit of innovation, as well as sound professional ethics and effective communication and coordination skills.

3. Experience alignment: Possesses the requisite business knowledge, professional qualifications, and relevant work experience to fulfill the duties of the position.

4. Physical and mental health. Possession of the physical and psychological conditions necessary to perform the duties.

5. Individuals falling under any of the following circumstances shall be disqualified from participating in this recruitment:

(1) Individuals who have previously been subject to criminal penalties or who have been dismissed from public office.

(2) Those who have had their labor contracts terminated by their former employer due to disciplinary or regulatory violations.

(3) Other individuals who are prohibited from applying under applicable laws and regulations.

III. Recruitment Process

(1) This public recruitment will be conducted in accordance with the following procedures: issuing the recruitment announcement, registration and qualification review, written examination, interview, determination of shortlisted candidates, background check, public announcement, and final hiring.

(2) Candidates will be notified of their participation in the written test, interview, and other stages via SMS, telephone, or email. Those who do not advance to the next stage will not receive further notification.
