Hubei Xianlin Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xianlin Technology) was established in 2019 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Hubei Xianlin Chemical Co., Ltd., created to implement the company’s transformation and industrial upgrading. The company is located in Xiantao City, Hubei Province—a central city on the western edge of the Wuhan Metropolitan Area and one of China’s top 100 counties and county-level cities—within the New Materials Industrial Park of the Xiantao National High-tech Zone. It enjoys convenient transportation, with close proximity to the Wuhan Outer Ring Expressway (Xiaoxianjia Expressway), the entrances and exits of the Shanghai–Chongqing Expressway, and the Wuxian Intercity High-speed Railway Station, benefiting from an exceptionally advantageous geographical location.

The company occupies a site of 600 mu and plans to invest RMB 3 billion by 2025 to develop an integrated upstream–downstream project for high-end fine chemicals, centered on three major industrial chains: organic amine new materials, organosilicon new materials, and comprehensive energy utilization. It will also build a supporting petrochemical feedstock storage and transportation hub. Upon completion, the facility will achieve an annual total production capacity of 260,000 tons, with a logistics throughput of 1 million tons per year, generating an annual output value of up to RMB 10 billion and annual taxes and profits exceeding RMB 1 billion, while creating 500 new jobs.
