With the spring breeze lifting spirits and a new journey beginning, we ride forth with vigor and forge ahead with courage. On the morning of January 26, the company’s 2023 Summary and Awards Ceremony was solemnly held in the auditorium on the fifth floor of the Administration Building.

At the meeting, General Manager Tu Xinghua presented a report on the company’s 2023 annual performance and its 2024 work plan. The report provided a comprehensive and objective review of the company’s achievements over the past year and, in alignment with the overarching annual objectives, outlined an integrated strategic framework for future operations. In particular, specific directives were issued regarding the implementation of planned initiatives, project execution, system development, talent cultivation, and safety and environmental protection.

During the meeting, Chairwoman Zeng Manhua delivered a key address, systematically analyzing current industry trends as well as the opportunities and challenges facing the company. While acknowledging the achievements made in production, operations, and management in 2023, she also highlighted pressing issues and existing shortcomings, and outlined priorities and requirements for the 2024 work plan.

Zheng Guangming, Director of the Company Office, read out the decision and list of awardees. This time, a total of 12 outstanding employees, 2 outstanding teams, 1 outstanding workgroup, and 1 innovation award were recognized. Company leaders presented awards to the winning units and individuals, encouraging them to press on with renewed vigor and deliver solid results. The meeting called on all employees to take these recipients as role models, stay committed to their respective duties, work diligently, and make further contributions toward the full achievement of the 2024 production and business development goals.

  In his closing remarks, Deputy General Manager Li Zhongjun emphasized two key points: First, fully and faithfully implement the spirit of the meeting to lay a solid foundation and get off to a strong start in achieving all annual goals and tasks. Second, resolutely transform our work style, assume responsibility with courage, and focus on effective execution.
