Xianlin Chemical Held a Kickoff Meeting for the Xianlin Technology New Materials Integrated Project.

On June 20, Xianlin Chemical held a kickoff meeting for its integrated project at the Xianlin Technology Integrated Control Center, further aligning thinking and consolidating efforts to ensure the project’s successful first-time startup. Li Yuanhai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, while Zhu Yuanpeng, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, chaired the session.

The meeting featured a screening of a safety‑education video, followed by a briefing on the project’s progress. Representatives from each specialized team, as well as team leaders from operations, maintenance, and separation units, the project contractor, and the responsible supervisors overseeing the commissioning phase, each delivered statements of commitment and took part in a collective oath, solemnly pledging to conscientiously fulfill their safety responsibilities, uphold the safety red line, and strive for zero accidents, thereby contributing to the successful and smooth startup of the project.

The meeting emphasized the need to successfully complete the first-phase commissioning with high quality, strictly enforce all safety procedures, and consistently prioritize safety without rushing or seeking quick gains. It also stressed the importance of placing quality at the forefront, rigorously controlling cleaning, raw materials, and key performance indicators to ensure the product achieves immediate market success. Furthermore, it called for unwavering efforts to maintain stable production, ensuring that pipelines remain unobstructed, equipment operates smoothly, motors do not overheat, and material spills are prevented, thereby sustaining steady and orderly operations. Finally, the meeting urged maximizing operational efficiency from the outset, enhancing foresight in all tasks, and completing process integration on schedule while gradually ramping up output. All relevant parties were urged to strengthen their political commitment, shoulder their responsibilities, and adopt a mindset that prioritizes political awareness and the bigger picture. Commissioning and production should be treated as a critical political task, executed without conditions or compromises, with firm resolve, a pragmatic work style, and strong accountability, thus passing this major political test and fulfilling the commissioning mandate through concrete actions.

The meeting emphasized that ensuring the timely and smooth startup of operations is of paramount importance. The commissioning of Phase I is one of the company’s most critical strategic objectives for this year—both a key strategic response to the current challenging economic environment and market pressures, and a concrete step to bolster confidence in our development while addressing the concerns of the government, the parent group, and all stakeholders. We must unite as one, maintain unwavering confidence, and deliver a high‑quality victory in the Phase I startup, presenting a satisfactory outcome to all parties involved.

Company General Manager Zeng Manhua and Chen Li, Chief Legal Counsel of Changjiang Chemical and Head of the Strategic Operations Department, attended the meeting. The leadership team of Xianlin Chemical, all members of the Xianlin Technology Construction Command, the general contractor Shiliu Huajian Company, and the supervising agency Dongfeng Company also participated in the mobilization meeting.
