The seminar on the industrialization project of the Wuhan University of Technology’s Institute of Industrial Research, hosted by Changjiang Chemical, was held at Xianlin Technology.

On the afternoon of May 13, a seminar on the industrialization of projects between Changjiang Chemical and the Industrial Research Institute of Wuhan University of Technology was held at Xianlin Technology. The meeting featured in-depth discussions and analyses, as well as extensive exchanges of views, focusing on the industrial implementation of projects related to functional electron-donating agents for polyolefins and new high-performance lubricant materials. The meeting was chaired by Gou Lulu, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Changjiang Chemical. Attendees included Li Yuanhai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Xianlin Chemical, along with General Manager Zeng Manhua; Professor Wang Tielin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Chemical Engineering and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Wuhan University of Technology; Ye Jian, General Manager of the Wuhan University of Technology Asset Management Company and Chairman of the Industrial Research Institute; and Chen Yichang, General Manager of the Industrial Research Institute, among other leaders. 。

The meeting commenced with separate presentations on the Hubei Xianlin Technology Integrated New Materials Project and on the feasibility study report for related projects at the Wuhan University of Technology’s Institute of Industrial Research. In addition, a detailed overview was provided of the Institute’s platform’s functional positioning, its historical development, and its achievements in translating scientific and technological advances into practical applications.

The meeting emphasized the need to deepen strategic cooperation between universities and enterprises, leverage the platform’s functions, achieve complementary strengths, and facilitate the implementation and commercialization of industrial projects. It also called for cultivating a strong sense of benchmarking, learning from leading examples, further driving leapfrog development, and realizing industrial transformation and upgrading. Additionally, it urged exploring diversified cooperation models to enhance enterprises’ core competitiveness and promote both qualitative and quantitative improvements in development.
