On June 10, Wang Ping, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and Chairman, visited Xianlin Chemical to conduct a field inspection on the implementation of study and education activities related to the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Decision on Improving Party and Government Conduct, as well as on workplace safety. Li Yuanhai, Deputy Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee and General Manager, who also serves as Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Xianlin Chemical, participated in the inspection.

Wang Ping conducted an on-site inspection of the Xianlin Technology Integrated Project, reviewing key milestones such as preparations for the first-phase startup and the commencement of construction on the second phase. He also engaged in in-depth discussions with relevant officials on safety management and the project’s current challenges. He emphasized the need to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and directives on workplace safety, earnestly carry out the decisions and arrangements of the provincial Party committee and government, and the Group Party Committee, and maintain a constant sense of vigilance—always walking on thin ice and standing at the brink of an abyss. With a strong sense of responsibility that “we can never afford to let our guard down,” he urged meticulous implementation of all workplace safety measures, resolutely safeguarding the foundation of safe and sustainable development.

At the symposium, Wang Ping heard a report on the implementation of the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Decision on Improving Party and Government Conduct, as well as on the progress of related study and education efforts. He then engaged in an in-depth exchange with the participants on issues such as work style development, taking responsibility and acting decisively, enforcing institutional regulations, and serving employees.

Wang Ping emphasized the need to advance, to a high standard, the study and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision, continuously improving work style and pursuing concrete results. He stressed integrating this effort with the company’s key reform and development tasks, and tackling the tough battle of improving work style with unwavering determination, as if the journey were never truly finished. He also called for steadfast adherence to the principle of “high standards and strict requirements in workplace safety,” seamlessly linking the implementation of the Eight‑Point Decision with efforts to prevent the “Four Undesirable Trends.” This entails strengthening oversight at critical stages such as material procurement and tendering, tightening institutional safeguards, and fortifying the integrity defense line. Furthermore, he urged maintaining close ties with employees, focusing on addressing their most pressing concerns and ensuring the overall harmony and stability of the company. Finally, he underscored the importance of strictly enforcing the system for reporting and seeking approval on major matters, nipping emerging problems in the bud, and resolutely rejecting unhealthy practices such as “lying flat” or “going through the motions,” so as to safeguard the company’s high‑quality development with an atmosphere of integrity and uprightness.
